Update after 10 days: my tennis game is back! My doctor said my inflammation markers dropped significantly and wants to know what I've been doing differently. I told him about this method and he was genuinely curious. The constant ache in my hips that kept me up at night? History. I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in 3 years.
